Power Skating
This course is for intermediate to advanced players who have already acquired basic skating techniques. As in a hockey game, it is not only about being able to skate forward and backward but to skate powerfully. It is very important to understand how to transfer your weight to the skate for you to be a good hockey player.
Stickhandling
Stickhandling is a key element in hockey. If you can handle and carry the puck to where you want to go, you will be able to fake most of the opponents out of positions. To master hockey, you have to not look at the puck with stickhandling, but still have perfect control with it. This course can help you to improve your stickhandling skills with various drills.
Goalie Training
Goalie training is specifically for goalie to practice save techniques and movement. Most of the time, coaches do not have time to focus on teaching goalie alone on ice. Goalies have to rely on themselves to explore different game situations. In this course, our coaches will focus on goalie technique 100% of the time.
Mini Drills
This course is a combination of all skill sets including shooting, stickhandling and skating. In course, coaches will instruct players to perform game-like-situation drills, for example 1-on-1 situations, puck protection, etc. We recommend players with fine hockey skills in every aspect to join this course.
